Shipping costs charged will be applied as follows.

Europe –shipping costs are automatically calculated at the check-out.

Outside the EU - Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the destination country.
Freshngo has no control over these charges, nor can Freshngo predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled exclusively by the recipient.

If the recipient refuses to pay for customs duties and avoids the order's delivery, 24Bottles will arrange a partial refund that will never include shipping fees (even if originally offered by 24Bottles) and any other additional charge applied by the customs.
All orders are shipped via standard shipping service.

Usually, the preparation and shipping of your order take 1 to 2 working days, while delivery timing by the courier may change depending on the destination:

– Europe:  From 1 to 5 working days;
– Rest of the world: Times vary depending on destination, customs procedures in force, etc.

Once your order is ready to leave, you will receive the tracking number. Please note that the updated status of your parcel will be available after a few hours.
We will do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered quickly.

You should provide your private or company address (we do not ship to Packstations).
