Refund policy

The right of return applies within 14 days from the delivery. It is valid only for purchases made in our online boutique www.freshngo.co. If the product has been purchased from an authorized retailer, it is necessary to return it directly to the retailer or, in any case, to the vendor.

Returns from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain.
Please get in touch with our Support Team via mail : hello@freshngo.co and specify your Order Number. Tell us the reason you wish to return the product and attach some pictures.

Please note that:

– the product must be unaltered, in the original box and conditions;
– the product should not be personalized, used or washed.

Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. You can choose between a refund or a voucher redeemable on freshngo.co online boutique.
