Remember to point out your order no. and the email used for the purchase; if you could, please attach a few pictures of the products you received.

I RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE ORDER. HOW CAN YOU ASSIST ME?

Should an item be missing from your delivery, please accept our apologies and we would be glad to carry out all the due verifications to assist you.

Send us an email at hello@freshngo.co, and we will do everything we can to sort things out in a jiffy. Point out your order no., attach a few pictures of the parcel and we will support you as you deserve.

I PLACED AN ORDER, BUT THERE'S NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

The order confirmation is sent immediately to the same email address you entered in the contact information.

If you assume you have not received this confirmation message, please check your SPAM folder too, just in case.

Sometimes, you could have entered your email address with a typo, so this would mean we cannot deliver you any further communication about the order and the tracking.

If after 24 hours you have not received anything, please contact us at hello@freshngo.co.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped via standard shipping service. 

Usually, the preparation and shipping of your order take 1 to 2 working days, while delivery timing by the courier may change depending on the destination:

- France : from 1 to 4 working days; 

- World Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, ItalyIreland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and UK): from 1 to 5 working days;

- Rest of the world: times vary depending on destination, customs procedures in force, etc...

We will do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered quickly. 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have been delivered damaged products, we kindly ask you to take pictures of the Freshngo products, their packs and the carton box they were delivered in.

Contact us at hello@freshngo.co and we will discuss together the best solution that suits you.

Remember to point out your order no. and the email used for the purchase; and please do not forget to attach a few pictures of the products you received and the parcel as well.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is free of charge for all orders with a value of 49 € or more.

If your order amounts to less than 49 €, the costs charged will be applied as follows:

- FRANCE - 4,90 €;

- WORLD AREA 1 - 6,90 € (UK, Spain, Germany, France, Ireland, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Greece, Finland, Bulgaria and Croatia);

- REST OF THE WORLD - 30 €

N.B. The consignee of an international shipment may be subject to  import taxes, customs, duties and fees, which are applied once a shipment reaches the consignee's country. Additional customs clearance costs must be met by the consignee; Freshngo has no control over these charges, nor can Freshngo predict what they might be.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order will be ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive a message including the tracking no. assigned to your parcel.

Please consider updated status on your parcel will be available after a few hours from the reception of this email.

During our busy or peak holiday seasons, we will try our best to guarantee your parcels to arrive on time, but due to high volume and/or unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be slight delays in delivery of your orders.

Unfortunately, once the courier accepts a parcel, we are no longer liable for the shipment.

Understandably, no refund can be issued for returned and delayed orders due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances that may affect our couriers.

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY FRESHNGO HAND SHOWER ?

Cleaning your Freshngo products is easy. You can just use water.

We recommend rinsing them with water before first use.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY FRESHNGO PRODUCTS?

The right of return can be applied within 14 days from the delivery and it is valid only for purchases made in our online boutique  www.freshngo.co; if the product has been purchased from an authorized retailer, it is necessary to return it directly to the retailer or in any case to the vendor.

 

Returns from Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain.

With your order number handy, contact our Support Team via email at hello@freshngo.co. Tell us the reason you wish to return the product and attach some pictures.

Please note that:

  • the product must be unaltered, in the original box and conditions;
  • the product should not be used or washed.

If your request meets all these conditions, we would be pleased to send you a return label and you should handle the return parcel to the suggested carrier within 15 days, otherwise we would not be in the position to properly manage the return and the refund. 

When we receive your return we will send you a confirmation email and you can choose between a refund or a voucher redeemable on freshngo.co online boutique.

In case you have paid for the standard shipping and decide to return the entire order, the refund / voucher will also include shipping fees. The refund will not include any possible “non standard” shipping fees. 

 

Returns from any other country not mentioned above and from extra EU countries require a specific procedure, as the return shipping fees will be on customer. We invite you to contact our Support Team via email at hello@freshngo.co, while the form to be filled out with details on the return is available for download at the bottom of this page.

The parcel could be sent to the address that will be provided to you upon request by email.

Please note that Freshngo cannot be accountable for returns made without prior authorization from our Team.

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

Freshngo promises to replace products if they are damaged or unusable at purchase, only if ordered from the online boutique at freshngo.co. If the product has been purchased from an authorized retailer, it is necessary to return it directly to the retailer.

Please note that this warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Worn parts, dents, scratches and chipped paint are not cause for replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they come from regular use of the product.

For your inquiry about Warranty and a proper advice and verification on your Freshngo products, please send an email to our Support Team at hello@freshngo.co, mentioning your order no. and sending us pictures or a short video that could show and highlight what you have noticed, describing the inconvenience.

We will be ready to give you assistance in the shortest possible time, but not later than five business days.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE AVAILABLE?

All products in our current collection are available on the website.

If an item is not available, this will be posted on the product pages. If you wish you can enter your email address in the field "Notify me!" to be informed when the product will be available again.

In case of discrepancy between the website and the current stock, you will be notified via email by our Support Team; you will receive a refund for the missing items or we will guide you in choosing any possible other alternative model.

WHY CAN'T I PLACE MY ORDER OR PAY ON YOUR WEBSITE?

If you are unable to make payments on our website, please try the following steps:

  1. Payment attempts may have been rejected by your bank (e.g. wrong CVC/CVV). In this case, contact your Bank to check if this has happened, as the Bank can help you, releasing your card, so you can try again;
  2. Make sure you have used a payment method accepted by our e-shop;
  3. Make sure you have entered your delivery address correctly (filling each field, they will turn green);
  4. Update your browser tab, without confirming again your order.

If none of the above is the case, try placing your order on another browser or delete the cookies from your browser and try again.

If you see a message saying that your items are no longer available, you cannot place your order because one or more products were sold out while you were visiting the e-shop. Check your Cart and remove out of stock items.

DO THE COLOURS ON THE WEBSITE REFLECT THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT?
We photograph all our products to obtain an image as representative as possible of the original product. Sometimes the screens and computer settings are different, so we cannot guarantee that the products on your screen are identical to those in your hand.
AFTER CLICKING ON THE "COMPLETE ORDER" BUTTON NOTHING HAPPENS. WHAT CAN I DO?
